How Crator billing works
- Two lines, one invoice
- The Crator platform is a flat monthly fee. ERPNext hosting is a second line that depends on the size of your team. Both are billed together, in advance, on one invoice.
- Hosting is included
- Crator hosts your ERPNext site. You get production infrastructure, separate sandbox and live environments, rollbacks, snapshots and backups. There is no separate hosting bill.
- Start free, cancel any time
- Start with a free trial from the dashboard. The trial converts to a paid subscription only if you choose to subscribe. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
- Implementation help is priced separately
- Most customers build their ERPNext themselves with Crator. If you want our team to do part of the implementation or a data migration, contact us for a quote.

Crator is registered in Singapore, so we do not add Indian GST to your invoice.
When a GST-registered Indian company buys Crator, the purchase is usually an import of services. Under the Reverse Charge Mechanism, you calculate the applicable IGST and pay it to the Indian government.
You may be able to claim input tax credit for this IGST. Ask your accountant or tax adviser to confirm the correct treatment.
Yes. We built Crator for this.
Instead of hiring a specialist for each customisation, you tell Crator what you need and build it yourself. If you want our team to do part of the implementation, we price that service separately.
Most customers import their data themselves. Crator helps you structure and load it.
